01 — The hotel
We keep things simple: well-maintained rooms, a lift serving every floor, hot and cold water, daily housekeeping and a reception desk staffed around the clock.
With Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms, the hotel is suited to both short visits and longer stays. Our location also makes it convenient for guests travelling to Ludhiana for business, work or other purposes.
Beyond the rooms, the hotel also has a banquet hall, a coffee shop, a private lounge and a conference hall — for receptions and celebrations, business meetings, or a quiet hour over coffee.
Whether you are arriving late at night, leaving early in the morning or staying for a few days, our aim is simple — to provide a comfortable, dependable stay with the essentials taken care of.

02 — Rooms
All three are en-suite, serviced every day, with hot and cold water and a television. The difference is the beds and the floor space.
Room type 01
One or two guests · one night or several
The room most of our guests take. A proper double bed, an attached bathroom with hot and cold water running at any hour, and desk enough to open a laptop and get an evening's work done. Set back from the road side, so the early goods trains stay where they belong — outside.
Room type 02
Two guests travelling together · colleagues, friends, family
The same Deluxe room with two separate beds instead of one. The room colleagues travelling together usually ask for, and the easier answer when two people want a proper bed each rather than sharing. Attached bathroom, hot and cold water at any hour, and a desk by the window for the evening's work.
Room type 03
Longer stays, families, guests who meet people in the room
The same room with the walls pushed out — floor space to move around in, a seating corner that is not the end of the bed, and room for an extra bed if the family is travelling with you. Worth the difference if you are staying more than two nights, or if people come up to see you during the day.
Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out by 12:00 noon. Arriving on a night train or leaving on one? Say so when you reserve and we will work around the timetable rather than the clock.
03 — Facilities
Every floor, every day. Nobody here carries a suitcase up six flights, and we keep it serviced so that stays true.
Staffed through the night, not a bell on an empty desk. Late arrivals and 5 am departures are ordinary here, not a favour.
Breakfast, tea and food brought up to the room through the morning, right up to twelve.
Room made up and linen changed every day of the stay, not every third day and not on request.
Dhandari Kalan station is directly opposite on the G.T. Road. Look for the Audi showroom — we are right beside it.

05 — Getting here
The hotel sits on the north side of the Grand Trunk Road (NH-44), directly opposite Dhandari Kalan railway station and immediately beside the Audi showroom. Distances below are by road.

06 — Reserving
There is no booking engine here and no account to make. Send us a message on WhatsApp or write to us by e-mail; we write your name against a room and confirm it back to you. That is the whole system, and it has worked for a long time.
Arrival and departure, how many of you there are, and whether you want the Deluxe, the Twin Bed Deluxe or the Super Deluxe. If you are not sure which, say what the trip is for and we will tell you which one people usually take.
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out by 12:00 noon. But trains do not read the clock, so if you are arriving at 4 am or leaving on a late evening service, tell us and we will hold the room across the gap rather than turning you out at noon.
You get a reply naming the room, the nights and the rate before anything is fixed. Bring a photo ID for each guest at check-in — that part is the law, not us.
